Montefiore Special School is a Chicago Public Therapeutic day school serving boys between the ages of 10 and 15 who are referred to us because they are at a critical, profoundly "at risk" stage. We provide challenging programs that are highly motivational and have therapeutic components for the development of personal emotional controls. We provide opportunities, which capture the interest and intellect of our special children, affording them diverse avenues to achieve success within an educational environment.
